laundry , 99 speed mart , mamak stall next to hotel very convenient for us. we book family room with 1 queen + 1 single bed. toilet very clean and room also clean. just nice for budget stay to sunway lagoon theme park. we walk to sunway entrance 3 mins time from this hotel.

location just 5min walk to sunway lagoon, downstairs have mamak store and malay restoran, behind have 99speedmart, dobi as well. i stay there for 4days, the room comfortable just abit small however i feel the room very cozy. staff also very friendly. i went to hotel in the afternoon just for view the room and staff very friendly guide me to view before i check in. AC, TV, TV remote, Fan, all function 👍

Great location. Lots of shops around. Sunway Pyramid is walking distance. Sunway Lagoon only 500m away.

Value for the price, comfortable to stay staff very friendly too Downstairs many grocery store, mamak store. i like to stay here each time i have outstation. Cheap price but not low class.
